Tarn Ranch
Our
Commitment to you
We commit to providing a clean accommodation with
all the advertised facilities in good working
order. Bed linen, and towels will be provided
for each guest. These will be changed every Saturday
of your stay. No extra payment is required for
the extra bed or cot if they are requested. The
rent includes electricity and hot water. We will post you a booking
confirmation and a receipt for all payments made.
Booking
Reservation and Final Payment
The accommodation is not reserved until we have
received the completed booking form and booking
deposit. This booking deposit is not refunded
if you cancel the booking at any time. We must
receive the final balance 6 weeks before the rental
starts. If we do not receive this balance payment
by then we will consider the booking cancelled
(unless there are extenuating circumstances).
We can take payment in Sterling or Euro Personal
Cheque or Bank Draft drawn on a UK or French bank.
We cannot take credit or debit card payments.
Cancellation
of Your Booking
The Booking Deposit is non-refundable. If you
cancel less than 6 weeks before your arrival we
will make every effort to re-rent the accommodation
so as to refund you the balance amount. If we
do not get a replacement booking then unfortunately
we will not be able to pay this refund. If you
have paid in full and cancel more than 6 weeks
before your arrival we will pay the balance amount
immediately.
Damage
This is private accommodation and we request that
you leave it in the condition that it was in when
you arrived. We expect minor incidents such as
the odd cup, plate or glass being broken. We will
not charge for these but request that you tell
us so that we can replace or repair the items
for the next guests. We may, however, make a charge
for any damage to the property in excess to the
above.
Cleaning
We request that you clean and store all cutlery,
cooking and drinking utensils on your departure,
and that you leave the property in a clean state.
We expect to do a thorough cleaning and washing
of the house after you depart. However excessive
soiling of floors, walls, or furniture will incur
an extra charge.
Liability
Disclaimer
Although we endeavour to provide all accommodation
facilities and equipment to a very high standard
the proprietors cannot be held responsible for
any accidents, injuries etc. howsoever caused.
Guests
are held personally responsible for themselves,
their children and all of their personal belongings
including valuables. We strongly recommend that
all guests obtain and put in place adequate insurance
cover for all risks to themselves, their family
and personal belongings.
